DNS Targets Cisco In Latest Data Storage IP Suit

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 1:28 PM EDT) -- Data Network Storage LLC has lodged another infringement suit over its patent for a universal storage management system, this time targeting Cisco Systems Inc. and three other companies.

Cisco, Dot Hill Systems Corp., QNAP Systems Inc., Xyratex Ltd. and several Xyratex units committed infringement despite receiving warning notices from DNS, the plaintiff says in a complaint lodged Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
