Ex-Swiss Re Exec Keeps Age Bias Suit Alive

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 12:42 PM EDT) -- A former vice president at Swiss Re Life and Health America Inc. has fended off the insurer's attempt to shut down a lawsuit over his firing, which he claims was motivated by age bias.

James Weide, 58, made an adequate prima facie case that he was discriminated against, Judge James T.
