Volcano Can Use Confidential Info In Secrets Spat

Law360, New York (October 7, 2010, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts state court has ruled against a St. Jude Medical Inc. subsidiary in its trade secret fight against medical device maker Volcano Corp. over laser technologies, denying the company's requests to block Volcano from using or disseminating allegedly confidential information.
