Q3 Sees Slight Uptick In Shareholder Lawsuits

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 5:15 PM EDT) -- Securities case filings in the third quarter were down 13 percent from the same period last year but increased somewhat from the second quarter, signaling that while lawsuits stemming from the credit crisis have subsided, other types of securities-related litigation are picking up.
