Sens. Seek Progress On SOX Whistleblower Rules

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 4:51 PM EDT) -- Sens. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, are asking the U.S. Department of Labor for details on how it is implementing changes to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act's whistleblower rules, following reports that DOL has cut loose the vast majority of cases alleging retaliation filed under the law since 2002.
