Supreme Court Won't Hear Sonnenschein Contract Spat

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 1:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to review an appeals court's decision to grant an antitrust lawyer a new trial on damages in his case alleging his former employer, Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, cheated him out of his share of a $2.7 billion settlement over the terrorist bombing of Pan Am Flight 103.
