Employment Still Tops In-House Attys' Worry List
Labor and employment disputes ranked second on the list of matters that most concerned in-house counsel this year, with 36 percent of respondents naming it as one of their top worries.
The only type of dispute that ranked higher this year than labor and employment matters was contracts, which 49 percent of respondents cited as a major concern.
