In-House Attys Expect Steady Flow Of Patent Cases

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 11:21 PM EDT) -- Corporate counsel are predicting that patent litigation is going to remain steady in the coming year, but are gearing up for a surge of patent suits to be launched by and filed against manufacturing companies, according to the 2010 Fulbright & Jaworski LLP Litigation Trends Survey.
