Barnes & Noble Sued Over Phone Charging Device

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 4:49 PM EDT) -- A patent-holding company that has recently settled infringement suits with major retailers over the same technology has accused Barnes & Noble Booksellers Inc. and others of infringing a patent for devices used to charge electronic devices.

Denmel Holdings LLC filed the suit on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
