DOC To Reassess Ironing Board Duty For Chinese Co.

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 3:07 PM EDT) -- A judge has ordered the U.S. Department of Commerce to re-examine whether a China-wide anti-dumping duty on metal-top ironing board exports should apply to Since Hardware Co. Ltd. (Guangzhou), offering the manufacturer another chance to escape the steep 157.86 percent rate.
