Judge Sets Preliminary Rules For Nacchio Trial

Law360, New York (March 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Colorado district judge has rolled out a few ground rules before the criminal insider-trading trial of former Qwest Chief Executive Joe Nacchio kicks off later in March.

The trial will play out in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado for up to two months and is expected to receive widespread attention from the public and media.
