US, Importers Fight Nucor Over Chinese Fasteners

Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 2:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government and a group of screw and bolt importers have moved to quash Nucor Corp.'s lawsuit against the U.S. International Trade Commission, disputing the company's claims that China's currency manipulation necessitates countervailing duties on the country's exported metal fasteners.
