US Says Fresno Protested Airport Overbilling Too Late

Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 3:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government has asked a federal court to toss the city of Fresno, Calif.'s $1 million suit alleging U.S. Customs and Border Protection double-billed for work at the Fresno-Yosemite International Airport, saying the city made its protests too late.
