Inventor Sues Pfizer's Japan Unit For 1B Yen

Law360, New York (August 20, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former employee of Pfizer Japan Inc. has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. drug maker with the Tokyo District Court, seeking 1 billion yen for what he claims is his invention of a technology for dosage adjustments.
