Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 3:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has denied certiorari in Apex Oil Co. Inc. v. United States, No. 09-1023, 2010 WL 752322 (U.S. Oct. 4, 2010). At issue in Apex was whether an injunctive order requiring a cleanup of contamination under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) may be discharged in bankruptcy.
