Federal Circuit Delivers Blow To Abbott

Law360, New York (March 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Abbott Laboratories Inc. suffered another defeat in its ongoing battle with Innogenetics NV over hepatits C genotyping technology with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit reinstated an injunction handed down against the company earlier this year.

On Thursday, the Federal Circuit denied Abbott Laboratories’ emergency motion for a stay of injunction pending its broader appeal of the intellectual property case.
