Law360 (March 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Foreign purchasers of monosodium glutamate and nucleotides in transactions occurring outside the United States had their hopes dashed last month when the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that it lacked subject-matter jurisdiction to adjudicate allegations of a global price-fixing and market allocation conspiracy.
