Corps Can't Quash Subpoena In Clean Water Case

Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 8:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has lost a play to prevent one of its employees from sitting for a deposition in a case alleging that it improperly granted a permit for renovations at a Puget Sound Energy Inc. hydropower plant in Washington state.
