FTC Follows Through On Express Scripts Query

Law360, New York (March 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As previously feared, the Federal Trade Commission has issued a second request for information to Express Scripts, concerned over the antitrust implications of the pharmacy benefit manager’s hostile bid for rival Caremark.
