Plaintiffs Appeal Dismissal Of United American Suit

Law360 (March 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs that were involved in an unsuccessful securities class action against United American Healthcare Corp. are seeking to renew their fight.

The plaintiffs appealed the dismissal of their suit Wednesday to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit after a Detroit district court tossed the securities fraud case at the end of January.
