Texas High Court Revives Widow's Asbestos Claims

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 1:58 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court has determined that a state law limiting certain corporations’ successor liability for personal injury claims of asbestos exposure does not let Crown Cork & Seal Co. Inc. off the hook in a widow's negligence and strict liability suit over her husband's allegedly asbestos-related injuries.
