Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 3:16 PM EDT) -- A group of Brazilian metal and chemical producers has asked a federal appeals court to revive a suit alleging their rivals in the U.S. conspired to exclude them from the market, arguing that a lower court abused its discretion in throwing out the case.
