Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 5:44 PM EDT) -- Companies coming out of the recession with retooled balance sheets and full cash reserves are feeling gung ho about merger and acquisition opportunities in 2011, giving a boost to strategically positioned M&A practices in the new year, a new report on corporate legal spending says.
