China Puts Dumping Duties On Methanol Imports

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 12:34 PM EDT) -- China has slapped anti-dumping measures on methanol imports from Indonesia, Malaysia and New Zealand, according to the country's Ministry of Commerce.

In a statement Monday, China's MofCom said it had reached a preliminary ruling on its anti-dumping investigation on methanol imports, reaching a decision to impose provisional anti-dumping measures on methanol imports from the three countries.
