Prosecutor Urges Ban Of Boozy Energy Drinks

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 1:41 PM EDT) -- A battle is brewing between Phusion Projects LLC, maker of the alcoholic energy drink Four Loko, and state prosecutors who are urging the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to probe — and perhaps even ban — the potent concoctions some call “liquid cocaine” because they have allegedly made teenagers ill.
