National Century Fugitive Pinched In Mexican Hideout

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 2:06 PM EDT) -- Fugitive Rebecca S. Parrett, who helped found National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. and was sentenced in absentia to 25 years for her role in a $2.8 billion fraud that brought down the health care finance company, has been found living under a fake name in a Mexican resort town and arrested.
