Construction Co. Indicted On Bid-Rigging Charges

Law360 (March 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A construction company and its executives have been indicted on charges they rigged bids sent to BP America Co. for natural gas pipeline projects in Colorado, the U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday.

B&H Maintenance & Construction Inc. and two executives, Jon Paul Smith, vice president and regional manager, and Landon R. Martin, marketing and business development manager, allegedly conspired with a rival to coordinate offers.
