ITC To Review Dumping Orders On Flanges From India

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 2:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is asking domestic and foreign producers of forged stainless steel flanges to respond to questionnaires as part of a scheduled five-year sunset review on anti-dumping duties imposed on such flanges from India and Taiwan.

The commission published a notice Wednesday announcing it would review the duties to determine whether revocation of the anti-dumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of injury in the domestic flanges market.
