US Indicts CargoLux Execs Over Air Cargo Surcharges

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 5:01 PM EDT) -- Two executives of Cargolux Airlines International SA were indicted Thursday for allegedly conspiring to fix fuel surcharge prices for air cargo shipments to and from the United States, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

A grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida returned an indictment against Ulrich Ogiermann, president and CEO of Cargolux, and Robert Van de Weg, senior vice president of sales and marketing of Cargolux over the alleged price-fixing conspiracy, the DOJ said.
