Judge Retreats From Diversity Talk Amid Firms' Anger

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has backpedaled on his order that two prominent law firms "make every effort" to assign at least one woman and one minority lawyer to the Gildan Activewear Inc.'s securities litigation case, following an outcry from the firms involved.
