Contractor Sues BP Over Pay For Oil Spill Cleanup Work

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 1:30 PM EDT) -- A contractor that provided vessels and manpower as part of cleanup efforts following the Deepwater Horizon disaster has sued BP America Production Co., claiming it is still owed more than $389,000 for its work in the Gulf of Mexico.
