Ex-Coke Bottler Manager Arrested On CWA Violations

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A former environmental manager at Coca-Cola Co. bottling plant AMCAN Beverages Inc. has been accused of violating the Clean Water Act by sending contaminants into a city sewer system in northern California.

Dhiren Patel was arrested in Arizona on Tuesday and charged with conspiring to violate the CWA and violating the CWA, according to a statement Thursday from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California.
