High Court To Tackle Attys' Fees In Civil Rights Cases

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 3:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to weigh in on whether a court can award attorneys' fees to civil rights defendants based on a dismissal of a claim when the plaintiff has asserted other interrelated and nonfrivolous claims.
