Ex-Morgan Crucible CEO To Appeal Extradition

Law360, New York (March 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The former head of Morgan Crucible Company, who is currently fighting extradition to the U.S. on charges of price-fixing, may soon have his case heard by England’s highest court, after several judges agreed that the case is of importance to the general public.

Attorneys for Ian Norris, the one-time CEO of the U.K.-based materials manufacturer, convinced two high court judges to certify several questions for consideration by the House of Lords.
