Ex-Ariz. State Senate Candidate Indicted For Fraud

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A former candidate for the Arizona Senate who allegedly submitted false documents in a bid to collect cash for his campaign from the state's Clean Elections Fund has been indicted on multiple charges, including fraud, forgery and perjury.

Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard announced on Tuesday that Robert Green, a Republican who had his eye on a state Senate seat but was defeated in an August primary, had been indicted in the Maricopa County Superior Court for actions he allegedly took during his primary campaign....
