Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 4:04 PM EDT) -- Kraft Foods Global Inc. and its Oscar Mayer division have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a circuit court holding that a Fair Labor Standards Act provision allowing unions and employers to agree to forgo pay for donning and doffing does not preempt state law.
