Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 1:34 PM EDT) -- In a surprising development, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission issued an order on Oct. 4, 2010, delaying the effectiveness of the SEC’s recently adopted proxy access rules pending resolution of a lawsuit challenging the validity of these new rules.
