Trade Recovering, But Restrictions Slow To Die: WTO

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 4:24 PM EDT) -- Global trade has rebounded solidly since the beginning of the global recession, and countries have begun to institute new trade-facilitating policies — but very few trade restrictions imposed at the height of the crisis have yet been removed, two new reports have found.
