Seaton, Yosemite Reinsurance Spat Headed To Trial

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 2:45 PM EDT) -- The judge overseeing a dispute over two 1970s reinsurance agreements between Seaton Insurance Co. and Yosemite Insurance Co. has nixed claims related to one of the policies but ruled that claims stemming from the other policy should go to trial.
