FDA, USDA, Cornell Launch Produce Safety Alliance

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 2:14 PM EDT) -- At a time when a landmark food safety reform bill remains stalled in the U.S. Senate, the Food and Drug Administration, the Department of Agriculture and Cornell University have formed an alliance to provide produce growers and packagers with guidance on food safety practices.
