Industry Groups Launch Suit Over EPA's E15 Decision

Law360, New York (November 10, 2010, 3:20 PM EST) -- The Grocery Manufacturers Association, the American Petroleum Institute and eight other trade associations have mounted a legal challenge to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's decision to increase the permitted ethanol percentage in gasoline from 10 to 15 percent in certain cars.
