High Court Seeks U.S. Opinion On Tamoxifen Case

Law360 (March 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Continuing to mull whether to weigh in on the issue of authorized generics, the U.S. Supreme Court asked the federal government Monday for its opinion on whether the judicial body should hear the Tamoxifen Citrate antitrust lawsuits.

On Monday, the Supreme Court requested a brief from the U.S. Solicitor General's office, sparking speculation that the nation’s highest court may be leaning towards taking on the case.
