South Korea, US Remain Mum On Trade Talks

Law360, New York (November 10, 2010, 6:45 PM EST) -- South Korea and the U.S. on Wednesday reportedly concluded a third day of discussions focused on reviving a delayed trade deal, giving no indication as to whether progress had been made a day before the countries’ presidents were set to meet.

The U.S. and Seoul are in the middle of critical talks to resuscitate a 2007 agreement to cut duties and other trade roadblocks, which was reached by previous administrations and is still unratified by lawmakers from both countries, according to the Associated Press.
