Jurors Flummoxed In Abramoff Cohort's Bribery Trial

Law360, New York (November 10, 2010, 5:55 PM EST) -- Jurors in the bribery trial of Jack Abramoff associate Kevin Ring reportedly alerted the judge overseeing the case Wednesday that they were having trouble reaching a verdict, a development that comes more than year after another jury in the case admitted unanimity was impossible and forced a mistrial.

The 12 jurors, who are trying to decide if Ring broke the law by lavishing meals, trips, sports tickets and other gifts on public officials on behalf of Abramoff's clients, told Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle of the U.S....
