Inventor Hits IP Boutique With $15M Negligence Suit

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 1:15 PM EST) -- Inventor Stephen Ruff has hit Reising Ethington Barnes Kisselle PC with a $15 million suit, claiming the intellectual property boutique firm failed to properly advise him on how to manage a lucrative trademark and also pushed him into a lowball settlement related to a shoe patent.
