AU Optronics Wants Price-Fixing Charges Tossed

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 12:48 PM EST) -- AU Optronics Corp. has asked a federal judge to throw out an indictment charging the company with participating in a $500 million price-fixing scheme in the thin film transistor liquid crystal display panel market.
