Attys Collect $10M From International Aluminum Case

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 2:49 PM EST) -- Professionals who worked on the International Aluminum Corp. prepackaged bankruptcy case — which lasted from January to May — have reportedly taken home nearly $10 million in fees and expenses.

The report, lodged Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware by International Aluminum, said that attorneys for the debtors have received about $4.4 million, whereas other professionals have received about $5.2 million.
