Whistleblower Accuses Boeing Of Retaliatory Layoff

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 3:32 PM EST) -- A former analyst at Boeing Co. has sued the aerospace giant, claiming managers there retaliated against him after he reported his concerns over alleged financial irregularities and possible Sarbanes-Oxley Act violations to the company's internal audit and ethics departments.
