Coal Co.'s Bid For Injury Claim Coverage Survives

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 2:04 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to let Universal Underwriters Insurance Services Inc. off the hook for the coverage of a $3.65 million settlement by Martin County Coal Corp. that resolved negligence claims related to injuries sustained by an independent contractor at a work site.
