Chevron Attys Face More Sanctions In Rain Forest Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 5:14 PM EST) -- An Ecuadorean trial judge has increased fines levied against two Chevron attorneys by $1,600 apiece, saying they repeatedly filed identical motions in an effort to delay the landmark environmental case unfolding in several jurisdictions around the world, according to the plaintiffs in the case.
